You've seen the movie, now own the house.
My own interpretation of that nasty Monster House.
A detailed little one up one down with great textures that would suit the corner of any cemetary or haunted sim.

To compliment this Lovely little building I have included free a hangmans tree with hanging animation and to give you that live in (once upon a time) feel I have included an animated grimy old mattress too.
