The Morigi Animated Ladder is designed to replace all of the ramps you use in your builds to get from one area to another which is either above or below it. Completely configurable to allow any length ladder, any number of ladders linked to a build, any direction of dismount at either the top or bottom and a delightfully realistic climbing animation.
To use, simply click the ladder and a sit ball will appear near the bottom for climbing up and near the top for climbing down.
The ladder itself and each of the two sit balls have their own configuration files.
Works very well
only thiing I found is if you resize Ladder 1 making it smaller , when you climb up it you dont stop climbing till you get to the top of its origional size , I can only assume that would also work if you make it bigger, then you would get off half way up.
Other than that it works well for what I wanted , I just had to sink it into the floor a bit.

You climb up the ladder by 1) clicking on ladder, then 2) "right click" on pose ball and then 3) "sit here". And then animation begins.
Same with climb down.
I wish the pose balls were phantoms because they can get in the way in a confined space. I understand that all linked objects would become phantoms, but that's not an issue for me. Invisible pose balls that you bump into is an issue. Give us the option to make the entire system phantom.
You really need to tinker with three configuration cards ("up" pose ball, "down" pose ball and ladder) to get everything just right and then you have to take the whole ladder back into your inventory and then back out. And you will do this more than once. So it can be time consuming. But you can eventually get the settings that you want.
