After searching around a bit i finally found a decent motel with a low Li of 24 to suit my needs, and yes it has a creepy cellar or dungeon/basement which you could do anything with the imagination, and the option to restrict access with the swipe of the mouse on the door and releasing reveals the Kool Door Access pop up window which is perfect for a Hotel California theme, the office, the two Detention Cells and two motel rooms with shower rooms in each are of satisfactory size for this compact quite sizable charming building which takes up about 1/3 of my 2048m land, so for those who want to add a parking lot and/or an adjacent mini highway would be nice, also the rooftop terrace is a plus, ive been adding my own style and am very happy with this cool motel, window curtains available in same store.
