full perm scripted rideable morotcycle

It's OK. Good for R&D projects
It's an OK bike. For $25, you can't complain.
I used this for my region-crossing tests. With full perms I was able to replace the scripts, change the textures, and change the ground contact model.
Top speed with the provided script is about 400mph.
