- Footprint: 12,8m x 18,2m ans 12,5m high, the house fits a 512m2 plot comfily, with space for furniture.

- 2 floors: a comfy windowed groundfloor, with fireplace and veranda, and a roomy first floor, also with fireplace, and a balcony.

- For security i choose the patented AeonVox doors, featuring access lists for multiple levels of access, locking, open/close sounds, smooth operation via built-in menues. (To get the menue, click & hold the door for a moment)

- Included are 2 fires for the fireplaces (4 Prims each).
