You can add your own poster to the picture frame simply by dragging the texture from your inventory into the centre of the pricture frame.

Neat but a little glitchy
For some reason, my texture changing huds used for furniture that are totally unrelated to this object are interfering with one another. The texture I am trying to change for something else ends up changing the texture of the poster! Not the sellers fault but a little strange. Besides that, it's a neat gadget that I'll be using for my free admission theater opening up soon!
