100% Mesh and only 2 prims per seat.
Each seat is made up of 4 prims - The main seat, arm rest and two optional drinks/popcorn holders. When linked each seat is only 2 prim land impact.
The kit includes 3 classic colors, Red, Blue & Black.and the pack includes pre made rows of 2,3,4,5 & 6 seat rows.
Each seat has 5 animation/poses included that can be selected and adjusted via the dropdown menu.
I've also included a free bucket of popcorn and soft drink which fit perfectly into the chairs drink holders.

These are great
I'm building a movie theater and these were the best seats I found. Good animations, they are well-textured, the prims are low enough and they come in multiple colors and grouped from a single to 6 seats. Definitely recommend.

Any time I am looking for anything entertainment related, I always check out GCD first because the quality cannot be beat, and neither can the price for what you get. Sure, there are cheaper theater seats... but they look cheaper too. :)
FYI - the 6 seat combo takes up only 10 LI, and is the best "bang for the buck" LI-wise. But even THIS can be reduced to just 7 if you're willing to use them without cup holders.
