Land impact is 59 Prims unfurnished and approximately 100 furnished.

Footprint 35' wide x 43' deep - Suited for land size 1505 m2

All furnishing shown are included with Mod/Copy permission.

**The large and small poster has Full Permission, with that said, Please do not resell or give away! The shadow maps can be found in the contents folder.

Note** The builds textures have shadows baked in, but can be easily re-textured. If you are looking for the shadow maps please send me an IM.

Please be aware with linking and unlinking mesh prims can increase the prim count.

The store and furnishings have "Full Bright" turned off to take advantage of in-world lighting.

I have used Caspertech rez system with instruction's as build consists of linked sections.
