Here's a simple multi-purpose skybox that I made as a prop for the Drax Files Episode 45. It has two large steel bay doors that can be opened and closed (slowly-moving, with nice sound effects).
Use the skybox as office or lab, in combination with a building space (garage, assembly hall, hangar).
* Disclaimer: the tackle is just for decoration and cannot move. The door scripts are No Mod.
