Muriel Cottage(64LI, 18x14)
Muriel Cottage is a small double storey home with 2 rooms upstairs, on of which you can turn into a bathroom or child's room.
This Cottage will fit a 512 parcel but will look better on a 1024 parcel.
The living, dining and kitchen are separated and there is another door in the kitchen to the outside.
The Cottage is 64 land impact and 18x14. I have also included the chimney and fireplace and corner conifer as shown in the picture and they add another 10 land impact if you choose to use them. Perhaps you have a better looking chimney and fireplace instead:)
Muriel Cottage is copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh and UNFURNISHED. The furniture in the pictures are from Bazar.
I have added a rezzer for easy positioning and a no rezzer for those who don't like using the rezzer box.
