I ordered this as a gift for a friend and have written repeatedly asking for assistance (which the add says he will provide free of charge) in customizing the sign (neccessary or it will have the builders name on it) but no one has responded. My friends brithday is over and I never got to give them the sign=( The sign looks ok but it is useless unless you can change the text.
