My First House

Ok, my first effort at building a home. Moved on a bit now, but this is still a value-for-prim property. A 20x30 footprint building with 3 floors, and a roof garden. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor, kitchen and lounge area on the 1st floor, and you can do what you like with the third floor. I call it the 'Panoramic Room', cos there's views over 3 sides. The bedrooms are private, no viewing in from the outside, And the 1st floor windows have blinds that can be closed. The TP system and front door are separate items, but included. And how many prims for all this, you ask? 31. Just 31 for the main structure. Add 4 for the TP units and 1 for the front door and you're at a massive 36 prims. You know you want a house this prim light. (NOTE: I used this house to live in, so the goods you see in the pictures aren't included EXCEPT the TP units and the main door. I have things available you can fill it with though =)
