This is a simple particle tear attachment, it consists of an invisible sphere which responds to chat commands to allow the user to "Cry" on command. Full Permissions and Free.

This set of tear ducts falls under a standard Myst Labs Freebie License:

I like the idea of this!
(There is a mistake in the instruction notecard. The command to start the tears is /2 tears on and to stop, /2 tears off. Remember the space after the 2!)
The tear drops are too large and opaque for my taste, but that's easily changed.
