Mystique Transporter Network
-------------------------

The Mystique Transporter network is a very simple system to set up (just rez the terminals and name them),
simple to use, and fast. You only need to touch a terminal for a destination menu, then touch the beam to
sit and transport immediately. The package also includes two designs of terminal (3 prim & 2 prim) and
has 4 alternative color/texture schemes, selectable by owner menu.

To use this system you need to be a landowner, or someone authorized to rez objects
on the land where the teleporters are to be used.

Two types of transporter terminal are supplied: a 3 prim upright unit, and a 2-prim TP disc.
Both have the same functionality.

All units are COPY perm, and all units have MOD perm (except for any scripts contained in them).

The network operates sim wide and up to 4096 meters.

QUICK START
-----------
1. Rez two of the Mystique Transporter 2-prim discs, preferably over 1m away from each other.

2. Touch the top centre surface of one of the discs, and a beam should appear. If not, then touch the centre of the terminal again.
(If only 2 terminals are rezzed, no user destination menu appears. There is only one place to go!)

3. Touch the beam once (with a left-click) to stand in it, and immediately you should be transported to the other disc.

Easy as that!

4. Now rez a third disc, and repeat steps 1 to 3.
Give them different names in the "Description" box of the SL Editor Dialog (NOT the "Name" box - you can give them different names if you like but
it is the Description box that the network used to identify other terminals).
Initially the two types of terminals are named 'Terminal 1' and 'Terminal 2' so change those desciptions to something meaningful to you.
Each TP terminal must have a unique description, else they will not show correctly in menus.
This time, since there are two possible destinations, you will be presented with a menu for
choosing which destination you require.

That is basically how it works, and you can leave it a simple as that, or use some of the other Owner options available.

!!! When placing a new transporter terminal, rez it from your folder. Do not Duplicate it from the Edit menu, because this may cause problems with the script settings.

MENUS
----
There are two control menus: Owner and User.
The Owner menu is accessed by touching the surface of the base disc anywhere except in the blue centre.
The User menu is accessed by touching the blue centre. (Users who are not the owner can touch the terminals anywhere - they never see the Owner menu.)
Each terminal in the network can be set separately to different functions.

Owner Menu
----------
This gives the owner the following options:

Access - Displays the Access menu to allow the owner to set whether this terminal can be used by the Public (the default), by the Group only, or by the Owner only.

Remove - always remove a terminal from the network in this way. It informs the network that the terminal has gone, AND THEN DESTROYS THE TERMINAL.
If you forget to remove a terminal using this option, the network will fairly soon deduce that the terminal has gone and remove it from the User menu.

Rescan - forces the terminals to rescan all other terminals if lag has caused the network to display incorrect destinations on the user menu.
The Rescan button can be used by the owner at any time, but the Remove button should only be used when a terminal is being removed.

Texture - gives you the texture menu where, for each terminal, you can select one of 4 texture/color schemes.
(You can alternatively texture the terminals however you like, using the SL Editor. The bodies of the terminals are modable.)

Hide/Show - shows the terminal (the default) or hides it. So you can choose to have a destination that appears to the user have no return terminal.

User Menu
----------
The User menu is simply a menu list of the destination terminals currently known to the system.

Access Menu
-----------
The Access menu is available only to the Owner.
It features the following options:

NOTE: Access permissions apply to individual terminals, not to the whole network.

Owner - The terminal can only be used for transport by the Owner .

Group - The terminal can only be used by the Owner, and Group members who are wearing the group tag.
The Owner should ensure that each Transporter terminal is set to the relevant group in the Group section of the General tab in the SL Editor.
Group members can only transport from transporter terminals set to Group or Public.

Public - Anybody can use the terminal as long as it is set 'Public'.
