Wonderful looking neon sign perfect for decoration. Can easily change color of neon and the flicker effect is nice to have!

You dunno how many times I've chanced a "neon sign" on the marketplace, only for it to be a no-mod flat prim with lots of glow. Answer: Too many times.
Not the case here! This sign is mesh, low LI, with modify permission. I was able to edit the crap out of it for my build with no issues. It looks great and realistic :>
