Please note, that you should have some basic building knowledge to adjust some of the parts (e.g. the angled icicle to your roof). The sculpted snowstreets, -bumps, -hills etc. looks best, if you slightly sink them in the ground.
You have COPY and MODIFY permissions for all items (besides the one sound script inside)! This means you can make multiple copies of the items and you can resize them.
