The Maitreya Lara Appliers are also in the box, this only works when you wear a Maitreya Lara Mesh Body then drop the applier box on the floor and clik the box, please be aware that the Head without a Mesh Body isn't seamless because the foundation is different, please also be aware that it's an applier for the body only.

Animations **** the shape up, both AOs and the included face anims HUD.

The included animation HUD includes few, split second long animations that fuck the shape up.
Being it a Bento head, you can modify it to your pleasing, but the animations HUD always ruin the hard work at least until relogging.
The mesh head itself doesn't allow for huge customization as there are artifices in the base meshwork that end up sticking out of the head if you go under certain values.
Also worth noting that any AO you might be wearing will move around the head geometry quite visibly, making your face look... flaccid, maybe? It's not locked anyway, so it moves with the rest of the avatar.

The price is nice, the base work is acceptable but it's kinda amateurish. Really hope you're going to update it fixing the various issues and for god's sake... The animations HUD. Make it worthwhile or take it out entirely.
