I am new to sl and so far everything I have bought sucks! this will not open. Don't will not give me the option to open it so all I have is a box attached to my arm. GRRRRR!!!!

I have bought 2 of this avatar, but it comes in a box and keep attaching to me instead of opening. Then it gives me a folder with another (same) box in it. In other words it won't let me open the box, or add or wear. Just a box. Does anyone know how to open boxes that just keep attaching to you?
