This very small building (footprint is only 10*8.5m) is ideal for a very small shop or office or just for filling empty spaces on an RP-sim.

You may:
* retexture the outer and/or the inner walls
* retexture the doors
* retexture the ground floor
* design a shoplogo for the windows
* copy and modify (except the door scripts) the building as often as you want

The doors open with the Kool Door Basic Script - if you want to get full RP-capabilities I advise to upgrade the scripts to the Kool RP Door (https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Kool-Door-Lockpickable-Roleplay-Multi-groups-with-optional-Server-RP-door-linkable-Advanced/1185278).
