Its a GREAT nail File!!
To the previous reviewer who gave a 1 start "THIS IS FULL PERM, JUST REDUCE THE SIZE!!" Sheeze some people write the nastiest, lowest reviews before putting any thought into it. Smh
Anyway, this is a GREAT full perm mesh file. I just reduced the size to fit my hand to file my nails. LOOKS amazing and is mesh! LOVE IT. Great job Nikola.
