Just two regular prims, so no loading time. Touch the paper to either take the notecard inside or tear the whole thing down.
Owner can add as many notecards as he or she wants, they will all deliver. NOTE: tearing it down deletes the prim permanently, so make copies of the contents.

Wow, what to say? Just as the previous comment, I would tell you that it's flawless honestly. It looks good and simple. It's easy to modify as I've been able to put a script into it which allows me for typing text above it. And I'm proud of the result. :p
