Glas Houses "Natane"
Okay, so lets set the stage. The 2013 Home & Garden Expo was fast approaching and I needed a show piece. I love modern design and I had long been fascinated by form. I started thinking about how to deconstruct "floor, walls, ceiling", and it came to me to have them flow together so that the floor became the wall became the ceiling became the floor, became the....well, you get the idea. The result is "Natane" (pronounced Na Ta Nee), an open floorplan, naturally, one bedroom with tinting privacy glass. I am truly good and proud of this house.
FOOTPRINT: 25 x 23 meters
ADVISED PLOT SIZE: 2048 sq. m. parcel (will fit 512 sq. m. parcel)

Perfect!!
This house is AMAZING!. So spacious! Even a walk-out area up top where you can add your own little voyeur fun. And what's so much better about it is, you have more inside space and it doesn't eat up all your prims nor your outside space! More prims for building and more space for addictive decorators like me. You WILL get more BANG for your buck$, people! I recommend checking out her store.
Natane has an almost magical effect on you
Natane is like strange wine, at first I was nonplussed but from the moment I started using it I knew that I would not need to look for another home again, mesmerizing! And customer support is always superlative.
Amazinnnnnnnnnng House/Building!
I spent 12 hours looking for a nice sized building. Yet the second I seen this cutie. I knew I had to make her mine. It's beautiful, the space is a lot more than it seems it would be. plus with all the space on the roof upstairs. When I asked for help on stuff to do with the house Sandi came and saved my bacon and even spent 30mins teaching me how to edit the floor colouring. ♥ ♥ ♥ Would rate it 10 out of 5 Stars if I could. The building is great for a house, store, or anything else you can think of.
This home design is fabulous!
I simply love this house. Its a very contemporary twist on Mid-Century modern design with LOTS of glass and rooftop space. Its a beautiful space to be in and around, and most definitely some of the best contemporary architecture in SL!
Low Prim. Low Footprint. Real Architecture
This is a lovely small block home for a single or couple. Striking looks and an outdoor space at an amazing prim count. I love the stairs as opposed to a teleport to get you upstairs and the security and lighting mean I dont need add ons. Great work Sandi.. Excellent Value with a professional finish and great textures.
