This is the Needler, Designed after halo reaches needler, It is a fully functioning Needler. The needles will home in on the nearest target you are aiming at and will stick to the targets, It will also detonate the needles after a few seconds for a neat explosion effect that pushes. The Needler can fire 32 shots, but then will require a reload time of 3 seconds. A must have for any halo fan.
The entire gun can be modded.

Works just like out of the game! It has homing, yes an unfair advantage in SL combat, but it has its flaws to balance out the benefits. For example, the needles seem to only home within about a 5-10m range of the target, which is totally fair. Also the needles, more or less, keep following an avatar until they explode, rather than to truly stick to them. This means that with the boost of a jetpack or a well timed dodge-roll will allow you to escape the blast without dying (but you'll still feel the heat a bit). All and all, great gun, fun to use, just like in the game. Just wish I could slow the velocity down a bit. The needles fly more like the Needle Rifle than the Needler, which is probably more for your own safety so the needles don't fly back at you. :P
Pros:
-Fair homing range
-Needles are not insta-kill, since they home and have a mid-high rate of fire
-Firing and projectile sound are just like out the game
-Projectiles behave just like the needler: trace, then explode
Cons:
-NOT modifyable
-Needles have no "true" stick to avatars. A well timed dodge-roll or takeoff of a jetpack can easily evade the attack
-No reload sound
Overall: Give it a go! It's a nice gun and unique to the SL battlefield. I know I love it :P
