Neotoy Modular Spiral Staircase Version 1

A stylish somewhat Victorian-esque antique spiral staircase. This is a 100% original design, I did not use reference images or source material of any kind. Aesthetically I was going for a kind of '20,000 leagues under the sea' kind of vibe hence the verdigris and bronze.

The construction is fully modular, individual steps can be added or removed if desired (individual steps have a land impact of 1). The item comes pre-configured with 12 step modules arranged in a 3 meter high staircase that is easy for beginners to deploy. This set of modules is in itself a larger module that can be stacked seamlessly to create a staircase of virtually any height in 3 meter increments.

The railing is keyed with attachment points so it should be clear when the modules are properly aligned. Each module is surrounded by an invisible guide box that allows for precision spinning around the Z axis, eliminating the need for tedious lateral alignment.

Accurate physics data has been included to ensure that the staircase works authentically just like it would in real life.
