I purchased the lipstick for my Catwa Bento head and was not happy with the way it rezzed. It rezzed in the center and the rest of my mouth was kind of just out. I sent a notecard to the creator and she contacted me IMMEDIATELY. She even TPed me over to her so that she could see for herself what was going on. She was very attentive and didn't seemed annoyed at all that I was bothering her about my make up mishap. She said she would work on the issue and get back to me. Well, she literally got back to me within the hour and sent a new applier, which was PERFECT. I think some times creators forget that it's the little things like CUSTOMER SERVICE, that will keep purchasers loyal. Yes, it is a virtual world, but REAL people spend REAL money and for that we do expect REAL service. So I will DEFINITELY be purchasing from Mistic again. The lipstick really is beautiful and I absolutely love it.

I had a problem with the texture of the lipstick at first, so I IMd the creator and she was AMAZING. Her customer service is wonderful. She fixed the problem immediately and got back to me within 30 minutes with a solution that I was very happy with.
