Nice house! Rez is glitchy and unreliable
I had problems getting it to rez up but it is a great house when it works, especially for the price. It is a big sucker though so be prepared.

purchased as rental/plot place, its was rather decently put together the rez box is no copy so be very carful tonot loose it.
