This fireplace is designed to match the Newbrooke Linden home theme.
Using this partition fireplace you can break the large rooms up in the Newbrooke theme linden homes. The fireplace is double-sided so you can enjoy the fire from both sides! The trim and crown mould are matched as closely as possible and make use of the textures from the Newbrooke house theme for a seamless look.
*Shown in the Bradbury home model, but will work in the other models. the crown moulding piece can be moved independently of the wall to compensate for any ceiling height discrepancies. The flames can be unlinked if you prefer to use your own flame object*

This is a very nice creation and looks even better inworld.
Excellent product, easy to modify, very inexpensive
I actually used this in my Sakura Linden home. Easy to modify the size and textures, and easy to move the top molding partially up into the ceiling if it is too thick for the style of home you're using it in. This could be used in any home where you want a double-sided fireplace, not just in a Newbrooke home or a Linden home.

This fireplace is just perfect! It feels like it was supposed to be there and it breaks up the dining and living area in a nice way without killing the open concept feel. I strongly recommend this.
