Easy for a newbie
Whistle and Coach shirt is nice. I have not tried the shorts yet but I will when I Second Life jog on some streets and trails. The items work well with other stores sneakers and sweats. It looks natural and for a first timer it was very easy to get, unpack, and use. Buy it, do it for your Coach. DO IT!
