So you've set your parcel to no-fly, but some of your visitors are ignorant and know how to override your land settings....
Never fear! The No-Fly enforcer will send those people a friendly reminder to knock it off. And, if they choose to ignore the warning, they'll be shown the door 30 seconds later.
Setup is simple:
1. Rez the enforcer wherever you want it. It will scan up to a 96m radius. Larger sims may need to buy two or three for full coverage.
2. The enforcer must be owned by whomever owns the land. So, if your land is group-owned, the enforcer will need to be deeded to the group.
3. Edit the notecard with the names of the people who should be allowed to fly. There are other settings you can change if you want also.
This version has several configurable options:
Admins: Admins are not restricted from flying. In future versions, admins will have additional abilities like turning the enforcer on and off or receiving notices.
Group Mode grants all members of your group flying rights.
Allow: People on the allow list are not restricted from flying.
Max Warnings: Configures how many times a person is warned before they get the boot.
Sensor control: Configures how often the enforcer will check for flying avatars and how far away it will search. Includes both idle and active settings to reduce load on your sim.
Action control: Warn, Eject, or Ban offenders. Configure how long they will be banned. Note that the DEMO version warns only.

The script is distributed in a box with full mod (The container has mod permissions, the script does not). So feel free to make it look however you want, or even stick the script in your own object.
