**Multi-person/Multi-sit Front Stoop**
Special feature added exclusively to the Northgate. You and three friends can sit around and chill on the front stoop. Just touch the steps or either side and choose a sit from the drop down menu.

The house is copy/modify! Of course you can change the walls to whatever you like. If there's a texture that you would like to use in another room, Just drop me a note card telling me which texture you want. Please state the location of the texture you want. A description of the color almost never works and just wastes a lot of time. Be prepared to prove you purchased this home. Just because you say so don't cut it!

Some things may be labeled "No Modify". That's because they have scripts in them that can't be modified. The actual object can still be modified. If you have an issue with that, don't buy the home and especially don't IM or send me a note card. I'm trying to limit the people I block and ban.

The porch light(s) is on auto and works with your sim (default time). You cannot turn it on/off. It automatically detects sunset to turns on and sunrise to turn off.

The Candle lit lanterns on the front stoop can be turned on/off. Because both candles are linked, you have to zoom inside of the lantern and touch the candle. If the fire and realistic glow are out of sync, just edit the front stoop and click reset scripts under the content tab. That will re-sync them.

The can & puck lights in the ceiling should be on when you rez the house. They are touch activated. You can turn them off/on anytime you want.

The fireplace flame is always on, but the realistic glow can be turned off/on by touch. There are two flame panels. Just touch each to turn toe glow on/off.

All doors in the North Gate home are automatic except the pantry and garage doors. They operate by touch. When you first rez the home, you'll see opaque blocks at the foot of each door. DO NOT DELETE OR MOVE THEM!!! They are the door sensors that control the doors. Just touch them and they will go transparent. Touch them again to make them opaque. You can edit them to change the size if you want. Maybe you might want the doors to open sooner or later. I don't know! It's just nice to have the option. ;)

The window textures are controlled by a wall mounted control unit located on the wall next to the kitchen. Just touch the unit and you'll get a blue drop down menu with all of the window options. The wall unit has two knobs but only one works because the other controls sliding doors (this home doesn't have sliding doors).

The Bath rooms, kitchen and certain accessories are included with the home but not in the prim count because they are optional use. As is some other furniture and fixtures!

This is truly a must see. Pictures just don't cut it. Drop by my store and check it out. It's on display on the ground level.
