Rez this copyable noteboard wherever you want, the modifyable prim used will allow you to resize or reshape (or retexture) it to fit. Click the board to rez a note where you clicked, then simply say out loud what you want on the note.
The notes can be clicked on to delete, change text or note color, or change the note its self.
The owner can set the noteboard to be open access or only for their use, edit the description and set the open=1 or open=0 as appropriate.
Notes created by other people can only be edited by themselves or the noteboard owner. Ressed notes count created by the noteboard owner (important for no-res land or auto return land, works if the board stays!)

It could be a cool item except the text is hover and it is just old technology now. I would rather click the note and read.
