The Aspen Cabin Cottage is our newest addition the the {OBD} line of homes. This gorgeous, cozy cottage has so many features you are sure to love.

It is an adorable 2 room cottage with real log walls and exterior, peaked roof and rustic stoops on the front and side both wrapped in cottage stone!

I've added so many extra's for you!
There is a rustic ceiling fan in one room that is HUD driven and spins with just one click and choice of speed on said HUD. Also just one click of the light and your room is lit up!

There is a beautiful highly detailed antler chandelier in the larger room with ambiance lighting and is also HUD driven to change the size!

There is a front entrance with a hanging Victorian lamp that also with one click lights your way home as well as the side entrance with a bit of a larger stoop also displaying the same hanging lamp!

I've added a snowy rock path that you may copy and mod to make it longer or smaller, and I included a cute little snowman that once touched plays "All I Want For Christmas" that can be used as yard decor or inside!

This home comes fully with the landscaping seen and I even added a winter scene, with snow and some wintry pines strewn about that is also mod so you can change as you please, again this is all optional!

The version of the Aspen Cabin Cottage that has the fireplace comes with a screen and fireplace tools. The fire can be turned on and off when touching the logs!

Lastly, there is a smoking chimney that you can click the smoke off just by touching the very top inside of the chimney!

Packing a fully landscaped front yard, complete with rock path, stone walls surrounding the cabins foundation and porch's, and small winter pine trees topped with lil snow mounds.. placed on rich soil with rocks and grass throughout, this home is sure to lighten up your neighborhood or sim with its beauty!
