{OBD} CHARMING COTTAGE

The Charming Cottage is one of our newest additions in the {OBD} line of cottage homes. This gorgeous, cozy cottage has so many features you are sure to love.

It is the comfy little charming one room cottage has so many added details so you don't have much to decorate or landscape once it is rezzed out!

It features a fully landscaped front yard, complete with rock path, stone walls surrounding the lush Emerald Evergreen trees, Rose trees, and 2 little Boxwood's.. all on mounds of rich soil and lastly there is a beautiful rose trellis included for you to place wherever!

There are also some sweet French Lavender growing inside the window boxes and climbing Ivy growing up the right side of the cottage! You have a glowing porch light with on/off switch to light your way home and opening and closing windows!

This enchanting little cottage comes with the Gooseberry wreath hung on the front door which is not linked so you can move it wherever you like! It comes in two different versions: One with the cottage fireplace that has on/off flames and realistic crackling sounds and one without!

*There is also a cottage fireplace added separately in case you want to place it elsewhere!*

It also comes with fireplace tools, fireplace screen, There is a smoking chimney that you can click the smoke off just by touching the very top inside of the chimney!

This home also comes with a cottage well with highly detailed mesh, matching the Charming Cottage!
