Not very intuitive to work with
Figured I'd take a chance on this as there was nowhere to view it in world. The actual land impact when rez'd from the box is 3.. not sure why they would use the box prim count...
The Good:
It looks as you see it in the picture
Permissions are correct, fully resizable, full perm, and texture maps in the box
Low land impact as previously mentioned
The Bad:
- The Maps are not very intuitive to use, meaning there are only 2 faces for the whole thing (frame and Booth) and it is a bit difficult to follow where each texture will end up without a lot of trial and error. Hopefully you're using the firestorm local option to view textures before spending your lindens.
- The window texture face is the same as the base of the booth, meaning if you want any transparency you'll have to do it on the texture or else your base goes transparent as well. Not to mention that texture transparency has always been iffy in SL with the way it already handles alphas
- Cannot step inside, even though it is perfectly avatar sized, and there is a doorway for entrance, the physics of the item will not allow walking in and out of it.
It had potential but just isn't quite there. I hope it will get an update some day to fix some of those issues so I can actually use it the way i intended.
