Sweet and simple plane trees- sold with full permission, so you can play with them and have as many as you want around the garden, or even re-texture and resell them
At around 11m tall these trees are only 2 land impact, and strong LOD models means a tree doesn't disappear at a distance. This tree uses an impostor at lower levels meaning a great looking tree with low land impact and quick rendering. All textures are included (for both summer and autumn versions of the tree as well as the impostor level textures as a template if you want to make your own.
This is sold full perm for use in your own builds. You cannot resell these trees full perm or with both copy & transfer enabled. And please don't give this away as a freebie.
