This is a custom paint applier for the KV23H "FoilStream" by Foilborne Industries. The boat itself is NOT included with this paint applier.

Inside the crate is a paint applier that is copyable. Simply attach this HUD item (default attach is center). Once attached: touch the KV23H and choose Settings>Repaint>Custom. The boat will give you 30 seconds to then touch the HUD and apply the paint.
