An excellent OFF-SIM sculpted marker 'Special Purpose' buoy with many realistic features: Flashing light, bell sound,very slow rocking motion, occasional sea-spray, nice textures. Can be use on or off sim. All that and only 5 prims!
Real life buoy usage can be very complicated but generally speaking. Yellow buoys are used for a variety of Warnings such as dredging, fishing or military use areas.
You can see this product rezzed in-world at the end of the pier at e-brink's Sunset Beach Arts - more buoys available! - and also more of my quality work. It's one of the most natural and pleasant sims on SL.

My only comment to the negative is it has no sounds in the land prim of buoy bell or sea water but a great looking product
