Major enhancement for the 10th anniversary of my first release to the Marketplace (way back in 2011) !
The pre-built portal contains two panes linked with two pilars. All are copiable and modifiable. The main script is copiable only. Plugin scripts are full perm.

Does not close properly
Nice gate for $ 10 Lindens
Both sides open like they are suppose to, but when you close the gate. The door no longer line up and are partially left open.
