You must have a mesh-enabled viewer to use, and you must be on a sim that allows scripts to run.
It is a good product, but comments and reviews can be misleading
I have an elegant cane, very nice with a HUD of metal and wood textures, but it does not have any animations, so I looked for a modifiable cane with good reviews that I could use to edit and include those animations in the elegant cane that I have. There is a review that fooled me saying "it works with my AO", I thought "perfect, I am going to walk with the cane in my hand, but with the same walking animation of my AO, it must contain an animation only for my hand and arm while the animations of the torso and legs AO runs", this would be "works with my AO" but no, it will not works with your AO, the force of the cane's animations is higher than what is usually used for AO, so it will cancel the animations of your AO completely when you walk, the cane has animation of arms, legs and torso, so it completely overwrite the intrinsic personality of your AO, making this product completely useless for me. If you are an old man in SL (something difficult to see) this is your cane.

Old Crooked Cane
The MOST brilliant prop for any non-combat roleplayer, does exactly what is says on the tin.. great poking and bonking HUD, looks realistic while walking. I love, love, love it !!!!
