A nice companion piece to the Old Orchard Cottage, this small garage / workshop is a great place to store your cars, or set up a photo studio or whatever you can imagine.
Updated in 2024, rebuilt from the ground up with extensive improvements in textures and scripts.
Comes with two versions, one which is PBR + Legacy materials so everyone regardless of viewer type
will have a great visual experience. The other version is legacy materials only which also look great on
PBR and non PBR viewers alike.
Control access level to owner, group or public.
Interior and exterior lights are separately fully customizable via the script menu with the ability to change
all settings, intensity, radius, falloff, field of view, focus, ambiance as well as change the color and use a
custom projection texture as well. All changes can be easily set back to default with a click.
For the PBR version you can set the reflection probe ambiance level through the menu as well so you don't
need to try and find and edit them manually.
Doors can be customized through their settings notecards contained within their contents. You can add your
own sounds if you like, change the swing speed, auto-close can be set to whatever time you like or disabled.
You can also change the degree of rotation as well as set them to open together or independently.
Package includes 3 sawhorses ranging from new, slightly worn, and very worn as well as sheet lumber and a pile of boards to add to the workshop atmosphere.
The structure is 53 land impact and the lumber and sawhorses are all 1li each.
