Old Plantation House *reduced price*

I got inspired by a recent tv show to build an old looking plantation house. It's kind of run down, but not falling apart. There are 3 rooms on the ground floor and a stairway leading to the big open upstairs/attic space.
You might be able to make a good haunted house or manor house out if it with a bit of creativity.

It sits about 20x25 meters.

In your inventory it will say "no modify" until you rez it. There's a script in the door that is no modify, but the rest of the house is fully modifiable.
