The TBF Old School Pack contains student chairs, student desks (kid & adult-sized), a teacher chair, a teacher desk, three different kinds of chalkboards (one regular, one for notecard-based text display and one with a playable doodle game

The regular board has no script, but includes a Full-Perm texture that you can download to your computer, change, re-upload and apply to the in-world board. This allows you to make a collection of 'slides' (as in Powerpoint) for any in-world presentation. The regular chalkboard has a Land Impact of 5.

The text message board is fitted with a 40 x 12-character screen that allows you to display arbitrary texts without needing to upload textures. Instead, simply add one or more notecards with texts to display on the board. An instruction manual with the possibilities and limits of this text display is also included. Be warned that this version of the chalkboard has a Land Impact of 31.

The doodle board game is an adaptation of the popular TBF Doodle Board Game that was released in 2015. The game allows a user to draw a picture while other players guess the word in Local Chat. A dedicated instructions notecard is also included. The Doodle Board Game has a Land Impact of 5. The chalk lines are made of Temp-On-Rez prims. Consequently, the drawings have no Land Impact. Note that, even though Temp-On-Rez prims can exist for only 60 seconds, the Doodle Board game attempts to respawn each line to give your drawing an extended life-span.

With exception of the Dunce Stool, all chairs use Posy scripts. The Posy system allows you to adjust the sit positions and rotations using with arrow keys in a quick and convenient fashion. All keys are explained in the menu dialog windows, but an instructions notecard is also included. The Teacher Chairs contain animations for one or two users. Note that all animations have a 'General' maturity rating only. The Posy system allows you to add custom animations in a convenient manner. The instructions notecard contains a link to a YouTube video that explains how.

The pack also contains a classic green banker's desk light, a cabinet, a dunce stool and full-perm dunce hat, a globe, a stack of slates, a singe school slate, a slate pencil, an ink bottle, a dip pen, a cup with slate pencils and dip pens, a stack of books, a single math book, an abacus, and a wearable animated ruler with tap sounds.

Last, the pack includes instruction notecards for the text display chalkboard and the doodle game chalkboard, and a full-perm template texture for the unscripted chalk board.

The furnitures come in two varieties: regular wood color and light wood color. The differences are quite subtle and can be used together for variation among the different items.

Most items are set to Mod/Copy/No Trans. Most of the scripts inside are No Mod. The scripts in the dunce cap, the globe, the desk light and the ruler are full-perm.
