This old Italian Villa has a entrance gate, which is lockable and a garden area with cypress trees, pergola and roses and it has enough space to add garden furniture and your own plants. It has two large and a small room at the ground level. Stone stairs lead up to the terrace area, which is great for parties and there is another big room. The doors are not lockable but I added invisible walls around the whole building, therefore it can only be entered through the entrance gate but if you don´t want them you can remove the invisible walls. The building is copy and modify.

Thank you, i needed a simple lil home for my sim without doors...its a perfect build to begin your decor i love the seperate attached 2nd level. the options for decorations are endless. Excellent textures and intuitive builds with invisible side wall to prevent you from falling off the stairs during lag spikes ((if any)). Perfect lil 'barn' to keep one or two cows or pigs ((if you're into farming)). I love the grassy textures, low lag, high aesthtics. I will be purchasing the other Tuscany builds Thank you again Salome♥
Villa
The villa itself is very nice, although it doesn't come with clear instructions on how to unlink the invisible walls. I had to contact the creator for instructions. How annoying it was to unlink! Also, the notecard/texture should be included in the purchase on how to access the door. Would be more helpful so one doesn't have to contact the creator for these questions. Otherwise,its a nice house. Terrace on top is very nice.

Luxurious Villa
If I could complain about the price being too low, I would. One of the best Italian villas I have found. This build will not overwhelm your sim. To note, if you have a tall avatar (I am 7.5") then you will not be able to enter the home, doorways, or passages. It is modifiable so with a little know-how, it is easily remedied.

I have some other houses, and some for much, much - much more money. And all these are just in inventory, as this house beats all of them :) I am so happy with this! The design gives room for playing around - own lamps etc, but the house is almost complete without any accessories as well. Honestly, the land impact, the design, the ambiente - GREAT WORK!!!
