This is an update of my first home for sale, a charming little old world style cottage, perfect for a 512 sqm plot. Fits in with medieval or rustic themed areas. It has two rooms, a square living room area, and the round corner tower, perfect for a cozy bedroom. It has a wrap around window in the round bedroom. This is a one-way window, you can see out, but from the exterior, it seems stone like the rest of the tower, giving you some privacy. 22 prims including door. It is modable and copyable, but no transfer/resale. This way you can safely experiment on it, changing texture, walls, windows, etc. to suit your tastes, but with the safety of another copy if you mess it up too much :)

I raised the floor of the tower and finished the "cellar". The walls are fine. I just had to cover the ceiling and install a local teleporter. One could also build a loft. Very roomy. A steal.

Wow! Did I say wow? Because this cottage is all wow! It's an excellent little cottage, relatively small footprint, my partner Mislee Mulberry and I are thinking about buying several of these, building a little romantic area and renting them out. Rather for personal use or a business venture these are perfect.
A nice quality build from Chrystin. Recommended for first time land owners or even those with larger properties who wish to add olde world charm to their homes.
Adorable, enchanting...I load it up with lovely furnishings and float above those crowded sandboxes, cocooned in its darling atmosphere while I design things!
