I'm using the maitreya body as male version (lara flat chest) and needed to get rid of that female part: this here hides it pretty well, so, very okay for me now!
Tried this with my crotch cover textures!
It works perfectly. With Maitreya's 5.0 update, clothing layer is now separate (thankfully!) but if you don't want to wear the extra layer JUST for my covers, THIS does the trick. Imma make a special set for this (Mine are set up on clothing layers, which this takes skin appliers,) and link back to this on my crotch covers because this is fantastic. Thank you Chell and Brae~

Well, it has potential
If only it took a little bit of the upper texture's part and stretch it so it'd blend well and make it a more "pg" look even if you don't have a pg applier for the skin you're using.
Very essential to have that pg applier or else this just won't do the trick.
Otherwise.. it's a cover. It takes omega only if it has a pg texture applier.
If it worked without it, would be a solid 5/5 from me.
