It keeps on saying installing but doesn't do anything at all so I won't be able to get it activated with my skins for my genesis Flor head

Doesnt work with Sofie bento head :((
I hope it will work in the future, cause i cant fix anything on my sofie bento head from Genesis besides the make up in the hud.
