OnP Rouche2 Gown Outfit

Safety: We suggest saving originals and making copies and only changing the copies

TOUGH NEWS FIRST: We found that we had to use "alpha" options for mesh avatars, (and we supply one for SL avatars) in order at least to dance or move much with this outfit. The amount of alpha needed can vary, according to your tastes, but in some cases we used a lot for the non visible areas of top, pelvic region and inside thighs down to knee caps.

SO WHY STILL SELL THIS? - We still just really love this outfit! It is absolutely one of our favorites even with the alpha demands. Normally we hate using any alpha at all, but in this case we made an exception. The Top mesh main dress runs small. Sometimes we used the one for mesh avatar type, and sometimes wore the large. It runs small. But even with that, alpha is needed. But of course for this gown style, the top must be tight or the effect is just not there.

WHAT WILL IT WORK WITH?- As an image here may show, anything that has alpha capabilities, which means Maitreya Lara, Belleza Venus, Slink Physique, TMP- but must be "Basic" or Above to get the alpha mask capability. As for normal SL avatars, we include an "alpha" layer to be worn as a clothes layer and so SL Avatars can also work. Of course TMP free and the next stage TMP in price before Basic may not work since no alpha capabilities.

GOWN OUTFIT -MESH top main gown, Flexi skirts 3 for bottom, Jewelry, High Heels, HUD for color
Note: High heels with color change from HUD are supplied for Maitreya, Belleza, Slink, TMP and Normal SL Avatar HUDs - 5 types

FEATURES
* The Color HUD can change colors of the clothes here worn and also the jewelry and the high heels provided here all at the same time ... by just selecting a color
* Transparency options are offered, but in the case of this gown, we normally set it at 0% opaque since we love the gown appearance as well as the avatar inside.

HOW TO USE - save originals, work on copies - if right clicking in inventory, use "add" to allow several attachments at a point rather than "wear."
* Find the correct size mesh top main dress for your avatar from the selection offered. Either the mesh type, or perhaps a "large" since it does run small
* Add the 3 lower flexi parts that adorn the main dress
* Put on provided 3 piece jewelry - necklace and earrings
* Put on High Heels for your type avatar and the "shoe" that helps fit it. If your shoe size is larger, click a high heel to get "more" and then size adjust
* Now, wearing the above, hopefully copies and not the originals, double click the HUD in inventory.Wait a second to load the colors. Now change color and watch the top, skirt(s), jewelry and high heels change color. The jewelry will on purpose be a slighter lighter shade.
* Use alpha settings as needed. We found that it varied depending on the type of avatar. If you are just using a normal SL type avatar, there is an alpha item to wear that we supply called "Sl Avatar Alpha Mask For main gown." Of course alpha settings for mesh gowns does not use that but would use alpha settings from their HUD.

OPTIONS
* Many color options on the HUD
* Custom Colors that you like? 8 of the Hud colors can be changed - the 8 in the far right row. You change them by right clicking the HUD and saving a copy of that note card, but then modifying the note card with the instructions given for 8 colors that you do prefer. Now you have 8 customized colors! Of course, always wait for the HUD to load the colors each time it comes up.

TESTED ON MODELS WEARING
Maitreya Lara, Belleza Venus, Slink Physique, TMP basic, and normal SL Avatars. We admit we used standard model sizes of about 54% or so and normal shapes for our testing.

OUR OPINION
We love it. We also had a different rouche model before mesh came out, and this is the new updated model, that also gives a shiny satin appearance. As we say, we normally hate to use alpha options for mesh ourselves. But in this case, we were fine with it since we really wanted to wear this dress ourselves. The word rouche is a general term usually meaning the attachment of one fabric to another to complete a lady's outfit. We use it since we attach 3 lower flexi skirts to the main skirt. Another reason we love this design is for formal dancing. We believe it is very feminine, but since the outward skirt portion is low and smaller, it should not overwhelm the dance partner, as some more voluminous gowns do. So, we see it as feminine, but non encroaching on another's dance space. We do find it looks better for slow and romantic dances than for more energetic ones. But that, is just our opinion.

Hope You Enjoy!
