Very good and well worth getting
I bought this a year ago and find in very useful when trying to get to chat to people I need to or in trying to determine if someone is online enough to be employed. Easy to use and very reliable. I now have 2
Not apparently for people who can't refresh a page or need information to a tenth of a second accuracy... There never has been a tracker 100% accurate to a second but this I believe is the best ever made.
Too Pricey - Disappointed
I purchase this item because of all the great reviews, but I am very disappointed in its performance.
I tested it with my alt. It took a few minutes from the time my alt logged in to the time it showed on the web interface.
When my alt logged off it continued to show online. My Alt was logged in for a total of 2 minute but the data showed my alt logged in for 15 min.
Excellent product, excellent and very quick assistance
I don't understand those who give negative reviews for this product, I have been using it for over 10 years and have never had any problems, it has always worked perfectly doing what it promised. I'm not the person who consults it often, I used it because I was told that they had seen my avatar when I was sure I wasn't online and something not to be underestimated to show my girlfriend that I wasn't lying to her with the times in which I used to log in to (she's very jealous). I had a problem that I didn't understand if it was due to SL or if it was due to the script that got messed up or if it was due to my account... but it was promptly resolved, I've never had such quick and efficient assistance.
I want to love it, but...
It doesn't auto-update so if you want information, you are constantly refreshing. It counts your own avatar in the tracker, which is silly because you know when you're online and for how long, and there is no way to remove yourself. When you want statistics, it automatically checks the box for your avatar's statistics, but all the other boxes that you previously checked get unchecked. And no matter how many times you uncheck your own box, it will recheck it and uncheck all the others you did check. Colossal waste of money for that much frustration.
Excellent product and customer service
I have used this great system for several years under its old name, and reference it often. It presents the data in an excellent graphic format which makes it easy to use and compare times.
The customer service is excellent; I recently asked them about a problem I had, which turned out not to be a problem with them, but mine (and maybe SL just being squirrely), but they went above and beyond and quickly helped me out to solve the issue.
