I fell in love with the textures and the spaciousness of the house! Had to buy!
I'M BEGGING ON MY KNEES..... more like this home PLEASEEEE!!!...only a few suggestions....
Absolutely beautifully textured, gender neutral stunning design, low prim (120 prims gurl WHAT?! you optimized the boombaclat outta this down to the 1 prim hedge!! I might be in love with you?!? I mean.. *coughs* marry me?), EASILY modifiable (i turned the garage into an additional room, you can see here - https://gyazo.com/acec1d14a8ae2e4312da498c1a1a3cc3), intelligently designed (rooms feel spacious and realistic). This is by far my favorite home you have ever built and actually of all sl. As a community owner I've purchased couple hundred homes now, I don't say that lightly. Its rented consistently since I've dropped it down (One day i might take it for myself lol) but the only issue.... so many residents want this home and I don't duplicate houses in the community... So if you could PLEASE make at least 5 more like this?!?!, a collection of L.A. homes if you will? This feels like the mama modern mansion to the Hollywood house. Malibu is a cousin (but the angled walls & less rooms but bigger size made her too hard too decor for residents so she had to become a distant cousin). But the family needs a zaddy, couple aunties, & if you are REALLY feeling the love a few small babies (15x 15 or smaller like townhomes)
A few very small suggestions, if you could build up (3rd floor) and/or down (basement) in a couple of them, people always want more space and for communities, the plot sizes have to be smaller so no bigger than 40 x 40 pretty please! This size was perfect!
Also if you really want to be fairy Goddess Mothaaa, some low prim fitting pieces like walls, hedge pieces, etc like the driveway slabs. I actually put 2 driveway slabs back to back to make a matching wall, it worked but yeah I would love me a Palisades fence kit & yard kit omg.... I'd be in heaven.
