Onsu ~ "Sunnyvale" House ~ Green

The "Sunnyvale" is a quaint Second Empire styled 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom House. With its small dimensions (15x20) it's a perfect pick for smaller to medium plot sizes.

But fear not, as small does not equal unequipped! This house boasts 3 stories, which provide enough space for all the amenities you have come to expect from our homes.

The first story, which is dedicated to public living spaces, features an entry hallway, a living room with built-in shelving and the kitchen with an adjoined dining area and access to the backyard.

The second story features 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The larger bedroom features its own small bathroom, the smaller bedroom has its own little balcony which overlooks the backyard.

The third story is entirely dedicated to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is split level, features its own private bathroom and with its large windows, features unobstructed 270 degree views - Probably a little more than 270 degrees if you count the ornamental skylight :).
